Been smoking Marlboro Smooths for years, so I gave this one a shot. It's a bit heavier on the peppermint and lighter on the spearmint, but it's probably the closest you'll get to a Smooth without mixing your own. Highly recommended. If you like this, give the Cherry Cool Rush a try too...it's amazing.

I found it bitter and had an acrid aftertaste that just didn't improve as I continued to vape it through the day. I just wanted to add my two cents here to help people make an informed choice. This liquid is hands down what I had been searching for. A spot on Menthol hit, VERY similar to that of Marlboro Smooth. Slightly more pepperminty then a smooth, but EXTREMELY satisfying if you were an analog menthol smoker. So far, I've tried the 26 mg and 18 mg and both are excellent! The 26 has a bit more bite and throat hit to hit then the 18, but really delivers that menthol goodness! Haven't even thought of touching an analog again!
