Shipping, Payments & Returns
SHIPPING
If your items are in stock your order will normally ship out within one business day. Shipping and tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. We ship all items via USPS Priority Mail with expected delivery times of 1-4 days depending on your location. International items will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International. Most of the time the order will ship in a small flat rate box which shows a tracking number. Please remember this number does NOT actually track the package. Small Flat Rate priority International mail is not tracked by the United States Post Office.
Free Shipping on orders over $50. This is offered exclusively within the continental United States.
This service is offered without markups, packaging is free, as a service to our clients. If you would like to have a higher priority shipping than is listed on the site please feel free to send me an email at rob@liquidxpress.com.
PAYMENTS:
The client is responsible for the payment of all tariffs, duties or local taxes if applicable in the recipients country. In any case, the responsibility of Liquidxpress is limited to the amount of the price of the order.
Payments can be made via credit card on the site.
We do not accept other forms of payment, other than thru this website.
RETURNS
All Sales are final.
Something missing from an order? Please email us upon arrival of your order, to ensure it did not ship separately. Remeber to check your package throughly as some items are very small and may settle to the bottom of package. If you have questions email us at the contact us page on the site.
Hardware:
Our return policy is listed below in addtion we will honor exchanges or refunds on items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival). DoA item must be mailed back within 5 business days of receipt. Once a tracking number has been provided to LiquidXpress for the return DoA item a new item will be shipped out in it's place.
Atomizers: DoA policy only
Batteries: 1 month warrenty on manufacturing defects.
Liquids:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any sales due to the nature of liquids. If there is a problem we can work with you to see if a replacement is in order. Please email us.
