SHIPPING

If your items are in stock your order will normally ship out within one business day.   Shipping and tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. We ship all items via USPS Priority Mail with expected delivery times of 1-4 days depending on your location.

This service is offered without markups, packaging is free, as a service to our clients.  If you would like to have a higher priority shipping than is listed on the site please feel free to send me an email at rob@liquidxpress.com.

PAYMENTS:

 The client is responsible for the payment of all tariffs, duties or local taxes if applicable in the recipients country. In any case, the responsibility of Liquidxpress is limited to the amount of the price of the order.

 Payments can be made via credit card on the site.

We do not accept other forms of payment, other than thru this website. 

RETURNS

All Sales are final.

Hardware:

We have a 5 day return policy that we will honor to exchange items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival). 

Liquids:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any sales due to the nature of liquids.  If there is a problem we can work with you to see if a replacement is in order.  Please email us.
